A fantastic first session with Mr Conlon, with lots of new skills and drills. We got introduced to the wristy hurls and silotar. We practiced keepy uppy, pancake, puc fada and balancing ball on the hurl. A great effort put in by everyone and some great progress made already. Miss Johnston even had to get in on all the fun and Mr Conlon showed us some extra skills with flair.
