On a lovely sunny Thursday the P5 - P7 pupils enjoyed a fun day out at the football blitz in the Bawnacre. We had a boys team playing and the girls were fantastic supporters. The boys played against tough competition of St Davogs, Ederney, Irvinestown and Mullanaskea. They did their very best and played very well as a team, offering each other good support and encouragement. We had a few lovely scores from Jody and a beautiful goal from our captain for the day Matthew. Everyone playing did their very best and we couldn’t be prouder, a fantastic show of sportsmanship. We finished the day having our lunch and playing in the park, even stopping on route home when Mrs Brown got everyone an ice lolly. We are a very lucky bunch.
